Yes, I already took that out, for the reasons you said. The only reason
to keep it in would be if some platforms were having a lot of trouble
passing build variables to cmake. But I think I've solved all that (what
a mess, though), so no more external yaml-cpp.

PS. FWIW, the same will happen in the next LHAPDF6 release, using the
same yaml-cpp bundling implementation.
