Oh, oops. We made our changes in parallel and I thought I'd managed to
merge cleanly. Thanks for fixing.

Yes, but a) finding Cython doesn't mean that it's a compatible version,
b) I thought if were being explicit about everything else, we could do
it for hg, too ;-)
