[Rivet] Move bootstrap into main repository for versioning?

Oops! I've merged in my LCG bootstrap additions and updated to require
YODA 1.0.5 (2.1.0 won't build with YODA 1.0.4, and this is enforced by
the configure script)

Test builds (with YODA_VERSION=TEST RIVET_VERSION=TEST) look good to me.
Anything left to do / surprises from clang static analyzer, David?
