[Rivet] Rivet 2.1.0 released -- install in Genser, please!

Hi Andy,

Done.
Now you can find this versions (rivet 2.1.0 and yoda 1.0.5) on AFS in 
MCGenerators_lcgcmt64d, 65, 65a, 66, 67, 67b.
