[Rivet] Bugfix for YODA 1.0.7 -- please postpone Rivet 2.1.2 build

Hi Genser,

We just discovered an annoying bug in the YODA 1.0.7 yodamerge script.
Can you please postpone your build of Rivet 2.1.2 (which I guess is
planned) until we can get a bugfixed YODA 1.0.8 out? Should be very quick.

PS. I just noticed that there is not yet any build at all of the LHAPDF
6.1.* series. Can you please install 6.1.2? And also an SLC6 Professor
build as I requested last week. Thanks!
