[Rivet] Potential string error in Rivet when installing MCGrid-1.0.1 with Rivet-2.1.2

Hi Cameron,

Thanks for finding that... d'oh, I don't know how that error got
through. Were you compiling an external code which does #include
"Rivet/Rivet.hh"?

I've fixed it on the trunk now, and it'll be part of the next release.
