Thanks for the initiative, a 2.1.1 release sounds good to me. There is
this one little -x issue which I still had on my agenda
(https://rivet.hepforge.org/trac/ticket/474). Since I didn't hear
objections I have now committed this into the release branch. I have
looked at the Sherpa and Atlas interface and they don't seem to depend
on the old (broken) behaviour/design. If David could also check the
Herwig++ interface, I think we should have covered all programmatic
interfaces to make sure we don't break them with this changed internal
behaviour in a bugfix release. The normal running through bin/rivet
behaves correctly now, including the -x option.
