[Rivet] New Rivet & YODA for pre-release testing

Hi Genser,

We are shortly to release new versions of YODA and Rivet with various
improvements and several new analyses. Everything looks stable according
to our automated build system and private builds, but we'd greatly
appreciate it if you could again test that everything works in *your*
system before we release.

The new versions are available on the HepForge websites as beta tarballs
YODA-1.0.6b1 and Rivet-2.1.1b1

Anton & Peter, I've included you since mcplots is also hopefully
interested, and because I don't know if you have made the move to Rivet
2 yet. There are lots of good things happening on the histogramming
side, and hopefully migration will be straightforward if not already
done... please let us know if there are problems or things we can do to
help. And if you happen to be already able to also run some pre-release
tests, that would be even better!
