[Rivet] new analysis: ATLAS_2012_I1204447 - Inclusive Multilepton Search

   Dear Rivet authors,

we have prepared another analysis from Atlas experiment which we would 
like to include into Rivet.
We validated that the routine produces consistent results comparing to 
results in the paper.
All necessary information can be found in the attachment.

As you may remember, this is a bit different analysis comparing to usual 
ones included in Rivet: the output of the analysis is essentially an 
answer whether a given model is excluded or not based on the limits 
obtained by original ATLAS analysis.
So, the data are part of the routine and not included as separate .aida file

Please let me know if anything else is required.

It would be great if this analysis can be included in the coming Rivet 
release.
