[Rivet] Rivet analysis history, and 2.1.1 release today

Hi all,

I've added a doc/diffanas script to Rivet for developer use, to dump out
diffs of the analysis content between releases from Mercurial and format
them as a plain text file:

http://rivet.hepforge.org/anadiffs.txt

While not a release content per se, that's the last thing that was on my
Rivet 2.1.1 / YODA 1.0.6 to-do list, so I think we are good to release
(after one final prod to see if CMS are ok with the integration of their
new analyses). Any objections to releasing it today? Speak now...
