[Rivet] ATLAS analysis: charged-particle event shapes

Dear Rivet developers,

Please find attached a Rivet routine for the ATLAS measurement of charged-particle event shape variables.
The code has been tested with Rivet 2.1.1 and produces results consistent with those published in the paper:
