[Rivet] Rivet 2.1.2 and YODA 1.0.7 for pre-release testing

Hi Genser,

We are hoping to release Rivet 2.1.2 and YODA 1.0.7 in the next couple
of days. Could you please try a quick test of these in your build system
before we release, to make sure we haven't introduced any issue for you?
There are Rivet-2.1.2beta0 and YODA-1.0.7beta0 tarballs in the usual places:
