[Rivet] Rivet 2.1.2 and YODA 1.0.7 for pre-release testing

Great! Thanks. I will see if I can do anything about the environment,
but due to the awkwardness of getting the relevant information about
Python versions in a robust way it might have to remain that you add
this to your own paths after stripping out the rpaths. I will definitely
look into the rpath stuff for the next release if not possible this time.
