[Rivet] Another small plugin from LHCb

Dear developers,

Here is another small and intensively tested plug-in for the Z boson 
production cross-section in the di-electron channel at LHCb. The plug-in 
is prepared, with great help from Marek, in two versions compatible with 
Rivet 1.x and 2.x histogram system. Please, do let us know if you spot 
any obvious errors that may have slipped in at packaging time.
