[Rivet] CMS_2014_I1298810 (jet ratios)

Dear Rivet developers,

please find attached the validated CMS plugin for "ratios of inclusive 
jet cross sections using the anti-kT algorithm with radius parameters 
R=0.5 and 0.7 ",  CMS_2014_I1298810.

Thanks in advance for putting in on the public download area and 
including it in a future release.
