[Rivet] Rivet 2.2.0

Hi Andy,

thanks for the quick response.
I think if we force more an more people to use Rivet and if we put it
into our ATLAS validation framework, it would be helpful to have
something like a backward compatibility.

I am not sure, if I can convince people to check for every version
change the Rivet routines and modify them.
