[Rivet] two photon analyses from ATLAS

   Dear Rivet authors,

we have prepared another two analyses (these are still in Rivet 1.X 
version) from Atlas experiment which we would like to include into Rivet.
We validated that the routine produces consistent results comparing to 
the results in the paper.
All necessary information can be found in the attachment.
