[Rivet] yodaenvelope ?

Hi Hannes,
(taking yoda@ into CC, since this is more of a YODA question)

I have been using a small Python script, yodacombine, which covers
this use case and a few others that are commonly needed (e.g. summing
error bands in quadrature). I'm attaching it as it is, tested with
YODA 1.3.0, in the hope that it's useful at least as a start to your
own customizations even in case it doesn't do exactly what you need.

The syntax for enveloping would be:

  yodacombine -o outfile.yoda envelope file1.yoda file2.yoda

(similar for add, errsum, quaderrsum, transfererrors, cf. --help)

If the YODA authors think it would be useful, then it's of course fine
with me to add this to the YODA repo directly.
