[Rivet] [Yoda] yodaenvelope ?

Hi Frank,

What is the output from this script? There is a nascent yoda.plotting
module in which utilities like this could go (please do try out these
functions, and suggest/provide more!), but I would prefer that new
plotting-related scripts go into an unofficial contrib area until we
have finalised the plotting file format and API.

make-plots is, I think, obviously a dead-end, so what little time we
have for "official" YODA & Rivet plotting tools should go in a more
long-term direction.
