[Rivet] Unvalidated but validated analysis

Hi,

I tried to run ATLAS_2011_S9035664 and it didn't work because its marked valid
in the info file, but not in the make file. I had to (re)configure with
--enable-unvalidated in order to get the analysis properly linked into rivet and
available for running.
