[Rivet] ATLAS_2015_I1387176: energy-energy correlations

Dear Rivet authors,

we have prepared a Rivet routine for the ATLAS measurement of the
transverse energy-energy correlations at 7 TeV (
http://arxiv.org/abs/1508.01579). The routine has been validated and found
to yield results consistent with those presented in the paper. Validation
plots can be found in the tarball which I’ve just uploaded to the
contributions area.

Note that the routine calculates an asymmetry which needs to be constructed
again in a post-processing step, in case yoda files from running on several
samples (with potentially different cross sections) have been merged. The
tarball contains an example script that does this.
