[Rivet] Reading LHE v3 weights into RIVET

Hi Andy,

thanks for the reply. Then I guess a hack in the Pythia8 to HepMC interface should probably do the job.

I didn't have any particular form in mind on how to have the weights in the output. 
A vector of doubles?
