[Rivet] mkhtml config options

Hi Riveters,

my memory is getting leaky I think. Here's my problem:

To specify properties that should apply to a certain YODA file, I can 
use the colon notation on the command line:

  rivet-mkhtml T1.yoda:LineColor=pink T2.yoda


But wasn't there a way of doing this inside a config file, too, so I 
wouldn't have to modify the command lines everytime? Of course that 
asumes predictable YODA-file names, but I have those.
