[Rivet] installation of Rivet

Hi,

I am certainly not an software expert, a mere user. So expect one of
the actual developers to chime in ;-)

There are packages Rivet absolutely need (which are part of the
bootstrap) and then there are ones which may be necessary (like
fastjet, which you need to install separately). Finally there are
programs like agile which is unconnected with Rivet.

You also have the option of sourcing the genser rivet version on afs*,
which would let you avoid these hassles. You can also source agile
(and sacrifice, the corresponding one for C++ generators) from there.

* source /afs/cern.ch/sw/lcg/external/MCGenerators_lcgcmt67c/rivet/2.2.0/x86_64-slc6-gcc47-opt/rivetenv-genser.sh
(there may be 2.2.1 available there as well, please check)

Best,
Deepak
