[Rivet] ATLAS_2014_I1306294: Zb(b) upgrade

Dear Rivet authors,

we have updated the Zb(b) routine to compile in Rivet 2.2.0. The old
version of the routine has been living in the contributions area as it
doesn't compile within Rivet 2. The new version has been validated and
found to yield results consistent with those presented in the paper:
