[Rivet] Contrib analyses --- write access for non-rivet members

I created a new group on hepforge 'rivetcontrib' which contains the 
following users
have have write access to downloads/contrib:

    cgutscho buckley dgrell fsiegert holsch cspollard

with cgutscho being Christian from ATLAS.

I think Albert from CMS should be added and someone from LHCB.

I would like them to submit a tarball with the analysis files but also
some validation plots contained in the same tarball.

I will write a cron script that checks daily whether there is a new file.
