[Rivet] ATLAS_2013_I1216670: W + DPI

Dear Rivet authors,

we have prepared a Rivet routine for the ATLAS measurement of DPI in W +
dijet events (http://arxiv.org/abs/1301.6872). The routine has been
validated and found to yield results consistent with those presented in the
paper (cf. fig 8 b + d):
