[Rivet] ATLAS_2013_I1244522: photon + jets

Thanks Christian -- we also got an automated notification message, so
good to know that the new system is working.

I've not checked the tarball yet -- did you also include the validation
plots in it? We think this is the best way to have an archive of the
original submitted code and the evidence that at *some* point in its
history it was working! Feel free to also add any other info to the
tarball which you think might help pre-release users and future
archaeologists, e.g. generator run cards or hints.
