[Rivet] Rivet NLO/re-entrant histogramming coding sprint

Hi Frank, all.

Unfortunately I have to renew my passport in July and am therefore stuck in
Britain for at least 6 weeks starting at the end of June, so I would vote
for somewhere in the UK this time around...
