[Rivet] Rivet plugin upload rights

Dear Holger et al.,

I forgot to say but as both Lars and Albert have left and I will be replacing them as contact to you for CMS, could you redirect all communication about plugins that have been submitted to me in case you have questions.
I thing that we only have 3 from CMS that are not yet in an official Rivet release as far as I can tell:
- CMS_2013_I1122847
- CMS_2015_I1356998
- CMS_2015_I1310737
