Yes. Bugfixes always go onto the outermost branch that they apply to.

hg graft -r ....

does exactly what a SVN cherry-pick would have done, treating it as an 
unrelated new changeset. However, most benefits of the changesets being 
in an ordered tree get lost if you do this all the time.
