[Rivet] Work for Rivet 2.4.0 release: call for contributions!

Need to do some archeology too as I was not involved in that plugin and this was before I decided to have an internal repository for plugins to be submitted.

OK, did not realise that file was depending of CHLEP as we have it by default installed. I will contact the authors.

BTW, what is the latest date for getting plugins in 2.4.0. I have pending on my side ongoing validation for UE at 2.76 TeV and maybe dN/deta at 13 TeV.
