[Rivet] Cython error with unique_ptr on default

Sorry, tried too many things at once.

To clarify, the reported problem below exists and is reproducable
with cython version 0.23-1

It is resolvable by using cython 0.23.5.

Maybe this should be reflected in the bootstrap script for developers 
option, not sure.
