Dear Qi-Shu,

Many apologies for the belated reply: we have had some technical 
problems with our mailing list and it turns out that your message got 
stuck for the last 3 months!

I assume that we have hence missed your required deadlines, but in case 
there is still the possibility please let us know and we'll try to find 
someone to attend. We do have several significant developments of 
relevance for BSM physics, so it would be nice to describe and discuss 
them at this meeting.
