[Rivet] Update DELPHI b fragmentation

Hi, just spoke with Grame over lunch, we'll get the data today!

Concerning code changes --- there are a few outdated methods that I'll
replace with ParticleUtils things.

Also, the primary x_B is no longer measured, I don't remember the
details as to why that was disfavoured by the tuning community,
just vaguely that it was kind of unphysical.
