[Rivet] wrong unit in ATLAS_2013_I1217863

Ok, it's merged. We will have at least a couple more Rivet 2 releases 
before v3 goes stable, so I've applied this both to our multiweight 
development branch (Chris, Holger... how many heads?!) and to the 
2.4/2.5 current release branch.
