[Rivet] testCmdLine.sh

Hi all,

this is a recurrent topic, and once again, testCmdLine.sh only works if 
users already have a working Rivet installation. Not serious, and I 
haven't got the time to follow this up right now, but keep an eye out 
for problems that may be connected.
