[Rivet] ATLAS_2016_I1468168: early 13 TeV ttbar cross section in emu events

Dear Rivet authors,

we have prepared a Rivet routine for the early 13 TeV ATLAS measurement of the ttbar cross section in emu events (http://arxiv.org/abs/1606.02699). The routine has been validated and yields results consistent with those presented in the paper. Validation plots can be found in the tarball which I’ve just uploaded to the contributions area.
