[Rivet] Genser installation twiki not working

Hi Marcos,

It looks like Genser have removed their bootstrapping script, and they 
have also restructured their code areas. The Rivet SVN went out of 
action a few years ago, and it is also several years since I used AGILe, 
so I need to update our wiki. Oops!

In the meantime, I have added our old agile-genser-bootstrap script to 
the new code repo, at 
https://rivet.hepforge.org/hg/contrib/raw-file/e581f53fdd51/agile-genser-bootstrap 
, for your reference. I strongly suspect that the Genser restructuring 
will have broken that script though, so it's just for reference and 
maybe a starting point for updates.

It should be possible to update the AGILe library loader to deal with 
the new Genser tree on AFS/CVMFS-enabled systems, but given that 
~everyone has moved to using the C++ event generators it's not a 
priority. I'd be happy to receive a patch to that effect, though!

Do you really need to be able to run Fortran event generators? Or is 
there a reference to AGILe somewhere in the Rivet documentation that we 
should really remove?
