[Rivet] cannot use rivet-mkhtml and make-plots

Dear Chris, thanks  a lot for your reply.

The make-plot exists

but I did not have latex. I have installed it now and checked it works on a
very simple document, but still there are errors from rivet-mkhtml. Is
there a particular subset of latex I should check is working?
