[Rivet] Rivet 2.4.2 release imminent

Hi everyone,

We just finished the final consistency etc. checks for the Rivet 2.4.2 
release -- the most important thing being to fix the accidental ~minor 
PID decoding bug introduced in 2.4.1. We reproduce the test results from 
2.4.0 exactly, except where there have been analysis fixes, and include 
a clutch of new analyses, too.

I'll start working through the release checklist now. Scream immediately 
if there is a reason to wait!
