[Rivet] Rivet tutorial

[Andy Buckley]

If opening it to theory and other experiments (which I think is a good 
idea), then we should let LPCC know so they can advertise it... and 
maybe help with organisation. We have used the TH auditorium several 
times before for these tutorials.
