[Rivet] refs.bib missing in tarballs

Dear rivet developers
While trying to build rivet from source with the "--enable-pdfmanual" 
configure switch set, I get
make[1]: *** No rule to make target 'refs.bib', needed by 
'rivet-manual.pdf'.  Stop.
There is no file refs.bib included in the tarballs. However, the file is 
available at
https://rivet.hepforge.org/trac/browser/

Has the file been forgotten, or is there an other reason?
