[Rivet] [Yoda] Python detection macros broken on OS X

Hi again,

i've tried to just disable the problematic line in the m4. It doesn't 
seem to matter for my systems, so I'll push this out to the YODA and 
Rivet repos to get wider testing. Please let me know right away if you 
notice anything weird on your systems.
