[Rivet] CMS_2015_I1388555: boosted top 8 TeV

Hi all,

the new plugin CMS_2015_I1388555 in contrib implements the measurement 
of boosted top pt at 8 TeV.

After upload we noticed that the plugin still includes additional parton 
level quantities and a cut on the partonic decay mode.
This will be fixed in the next version.
