[Rivet] ChargedLeptons including neutrinos?

Hi Markus -- argh! I'll fix that right away. I'll also take a look at 
PromptFinalState, since I think you reported that the from_prompt_tau 
bool option was not working. These should appear in a new release very 
soon: we're just putting the last touches on it.
