[Rivet] Various things for RivetAndy Buckley andy.buckley at cern.chMon Aug 7 17:19:18 BST 2017
Hi Christian, It's summertime, so the Rivet core team are all over the place between holidays and workshops... we've not had free time to get going on this importing yet! I think the smoothest way will be to wait for Rivet 2.6.0 (which should not be a long wait), since there are so many structural changes in the default branch where that's being developed, relative to the 2.5.x releases. Once 2.6 is out, we have a stable platform for pulling in some of your additions. Some others overlap with the contents of the 3.0 multi-weight branch, so we'll have to be careful about how those are merged but I'm sure we can do it. Sorry about the blockers to progress... but we'll get there before too long :-) Andy PS. Will you be at the HI jets workshop at CERN this month? I can't attend, but it's likely that Christian Bierlich will, and I'll be Vidyo'ing in as much as possible.
