[Rivet] make-plots -> YODA?

Hi all,

With major new versions of Rivet and YODA coming up, it seems a
reasonable time to consider moving the make-plots script into YODA,
where it can be gradually merged with other plotting developments.
>From the user point of view there should be no difference: either way,
make-plots will be installed. Any objections to this change?
