Propagating a YODA release take 1-3 weeks depending how our CMSSW release

I think we can expect a new Rivet release in April. Unfortunately I'm not
sure whether it will require an updated YODA, but if people are using this
script in CMSSW, then I would consider going ahead and updating.

ok great. Can you confirm that the normalization issues were also fixed or
that my small script was adequate for the conversion?
