[Rivet] ATLAS_2016_I1482689: inclusive jet cross sections at 13 TeV

Dear Rivet developers,

we have prepared a Rivet routine for the ATLAS conference note on inclusive jet cross sections using early 13 TeV data (https://cdsweb.cern.ch/record/2209210). The routine has been validated and yields results consistent with those presented in the paper. Validation plots can be found in the tarball which I’ve just uploaded to the contributions area.
